Bradley Land

Bradley Land is the co-owner of LP Pest Solutions. He has worked in the pest control industry since 2005 and is a Certified Applicator through the Texas Department of Agriculture in the categories of pest control, termite control, and lawn and ornamental pest. Bradley prides himself in building strong, lasting relationships with his customers by providing top notch, friendly service.

David Pritchard

David Pritchard is the co-owner of LP Pest Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in the pest control industry and he holds a Certified Applicators license with Texas Department of Agriculture in the categories of pest control and termite control. Over the years David has provided pest solutions for customers across numerous markets including residential, commercial, and multi-family. David has also served on the Austin Apartment Associations Executive Committee as Vice President in 2011-2012 as well as serving on the AAA Products and Services Council from 2007-2013.
